Brian is the owner and operator of Two Waters Capital Management. He is the lead deal scout and develops the acquisition strategy & plan for every asset transaction. Brian has 18 years of experience in commercial, multifamily and single family real estate. In late 2015, Two Waters was launched in partnership with REMG Corp to raise capital, purchase and own all assets. Brian graduated from Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a BA in Marketing, has his IROP (Independent Real Estate Owner) designation.
Stephanie Cox has served as Investor Relations for Two Waters Capital since 2020. She supports Brian Sutton in everyday interactions with investors employing exceptional and efficient service. She happily assists investors, directly communicating with them, from first-time account set-up to investment subscription to daily servicing of their account. She also operates as the contact for investors with the REMG accounting team and with the investor portal tech team. Born, raised and living in Texas, Stephanie works remotely from the Georgia team. She has been investing in real estate for 4 years, in both multi-family and single family homes. Stephanie graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BS with Highest Honors and continues her education in real estate investing.
